Re: People that park where they feel like!

This evening I was collecting my thoughts quietly thinking in my parked car in a quite legitimate parking spot when some lady knocked on my window and proceeded to chew me out. I suppose simply because she thought I was going to drive away and free up the space and considered that I wasn't moving fast enough.
Anyway.. bad timing.. for some reason it just got me so upset to feel pushed. Instead of answering her I switched to English and pretended I couldn't understand her.
It's not only that people park where they feel like, it's also that sometimes, when it come to driving, parking etc. people feel entitled to say whatever they feel like.

Re: People that park where they feel like!

I watch with facination sometimes, people having to touch bumpers when they park and not just touching either. A right jolly crunch seems to satisfy them and what's even better they always seem to have a passing thought and look for damage BUT only on their own car and wander away happily

On the subject of France I have had liquid concrete thrown onto, into and around the car (roof down obviously) and 2 beauty scrapes, 1 at each side on the rear wings !

As soon as they see a Swiss plate they seem to go mental at it.
Well, one did until I gave him a Scottish mouthful back

And, don't start me on wimmin drivers either [ducks for cover]

Re: People that park where they feel like!

I bought a new car two months ago and after the last car wash, saw that it was already superficially damaged, most likely by someone's jacket or one of those horrid rucksacks scraping by...it's not too bad, though, but still disappointing that it has happened so soon

Granted, its slightly of topic but if its only superficially, use this :

Great product, gets scraches from keys or rings and what not away without damaging the paint.
Car looks like new..

So far i was lucky that no one ever parked under my carport as we share the place with a restaurant parking.
