You seem to be very opinionated, but badly informed. A bad combination.
At least I don't go around groaning posts made in support of my position.

Are you a bit thick, or something?

I did EXCELLENT work for them. And my Zeugnis reflects that. .
Sure does, they are not allowed legaly to give negative references. They may just stay silent on things they can't be nice about, that's all.

You're funny.

None so blind as those that won't see.

Good luck Mishi, but watch that chip on your shoulder.

If your lawyer's advice was to go online and ask random strangers whether anything similar (to what?) ever happened to anyone else, perhaps you'd be better off with a different lawyer.
Exactly THIS is what I find irritating and rather unfair. We are urged to discuss something we do not know what it is, we do not know whether there is any justification in the discrimintion aspect or whether it just was a bullying "chief" somewhere in that company.

I mean, if it is claimed that an "African" was accused of a theft conducted during absence of the "accused" person, I have my doubts. I tend to regard bankers as arrogant and pompous and self-assuming, but generally they are neither silly nor completely stupid.

I work as a Contractor at UBS at the moment, and Im a foreigner. It is one of the best places I have worked.

The only "Discrimination" I have experienced is, that as an EXTERNAL Employee, the canteen prices are slightly higher.

Doc.

No, it was a glowing reference. Because I really did extraordinary work for them.

And, my praises were sung in front of the judge. Extensively.

I know it's hard for the Brits here to imagine someone doing great work, but there it is.

Actually, since he has a law degree and experience in legal affairs, I would tend to value his judgement over yours. Nothing personal.
Is his name by chance "von und zu Guttenberg" ?

I think what may be hard for them to imagine is someone doing great work and then going and talking about it. I could be wrong though as I'm not a Brit.

Are you aware of the fact that I am French/German? If yes, you are realy funny. If no, do you homework before an argument ad hominem.

I still wish you luck with your case, as I know what discrimination is. Been there and couldn't do anything about that. But life is nice. Really.
