Have you checked if anyone else is getting stuff in their letterboxes. It may be that you are not being singled out.

Asking the neighbours if they have suffered this as well may identify the guilty party. They may then stop.

2-3 years?! Where'd you get that number? I don't have numbers, but in my experience, the Swiss often stay in an apartment for years and years, often decades.

actually, i think it is 'what would you drive' referring the the question of what vehicle to use to run over the neighbours...
