I thought and it is written on laposte.ch that the Post A letter or parcel will be delivered the next working day.

However, my parcel has been gone missing for over a week... still waiting for the response from the Post... huh

If you have the Post Office receipt there is a consignment number. You can use this number to find out where your parcel is.
