How fast (or slow) do you eat your kebab anyway? I usually just order a kiddie size. No difference with the messiness but i wipe only afterwards so one tissue is enough. One tissue, one handkerchief and my daughter´s in-case-of-emergency clothes.

Re: Do you think that people who sell Kebab for a living ever ate one themselves?

On a serious note though. I'm a big fun of kebabs but it never occurrd to me to order or eat one as takeaway. It's way too messy. I always sit down at the bar/restaurant while waiting for the order, it is a perfect opportunity to chase down a few beers. That's how at least I enjoyed it in a picturesque Paris two weeks ago

OK here is a secret I will share with you:
before buying any kebab I drop by the "Migros take away" to grab some of their free wet napkins for people who buy roasted chicken.

I think I have a better one: Tell your kebab man that you will not carry it home, but eat it right away. They will give you more napkins - at my standard place which is "Neu Punkt" (YES, that IS a knock-off of "new point"...), the gentleman gives me a wet tissue with it...
