Heine the catalogue

Hi there

Has anyone ever ordered from Heine? I ordered a lovely blanket that they posted 3 weeks ago, however some evil person must have stolen it as I never received it. Has anyone had any bad experience with them?

Beatrix

Re: Heine the catalogue

Write or call their customer service department. I find catalogue companies here pretty laid back compared with their US and UK counterparts - sometimes it can take months if they are stocked out and need to re-order.

Your blanket probably didn't get stolen, it's just taking the scenic route.

I have ordered plenty of times from them. I've can only tell you that my experience with them has been great. Good phone service too. I once received items that I did not order, and bit of a mix up with goods. They send me a 'voucher' postage for posting the wrong goods back to them, and called me to apologise etc.
Sometimes the goods takes about 4wks to get to you (depends on stock), but best is to call them. They will know if your order is packed and posted etc.

Re: Heine the catalogue

I never had problems with them. You write, they posted the parcel three weeks ago. Then it's hardly a problem caused by Heine, but by the post. Could it be that you didn't see the advertisment left by the postman? If you are not at home at the delivery time, you can pick up the parcel up to seven days after the original delivery at the post office.

Re: Heine the catalogue

We've never had any problems with Heine; I was expecting this complaint to be about the 27 different Heine catalogues that seem to arrive each month... seriously, our flat is littered with them. Ridiculous!

Thanks everyone, I find their customer service good too. However they said it themselves that I should have received the blanket a long time ago, as they posted it on 1st if June with another parcel at the same time that reached me. There is nothing else left now just me trying to put a complaints letter with my basic German, God help me lol
