Isn't that what respect is all about? | | | | | Obviously not for me. Anyway shut up as you are offending my beliefs with regards to respect |

Are you implying something in connection with this belief? Because I believe you are going down the wrong way, honey!

| | Re: Selecting Avatars | Quote: | | | | | ?????? Calm down hun.
Let me play devils advocate here - but for the record, I totally get your point about finding Zuger's avatar offensive etc.
If we want to talk about offensive/controversial avatars, there are a couple that might be to others: for example breasts squashed in a pair of headphones. DB was right when he said that you should uncheck the "show avatar" option if it some offend you but I believe that your response was that it takes away the fun. Cant have your cake and eat it.
Now go out and have a walk on the beach for bit because I suspect that avatar isnt going to be changed for quite some time. | | | | | So if I don't like it, I should just close my eyes (uncheck ''show avatar'') and let it go?
I don't like corruption, racism and slavation. I'll just shut it out of my mind and there we go. I am all free and happy again. It won't change the world, it won't open people's mind and respect for each other.... But Hey! Why should I care, I have a beach to walk on!
To want to make this forum a nice place for everyone without hatred pictures is a waste of time, right? Most of my friends I have in CH are from and on this forum.
But Hey, I have a beach! Ciao!

Good lord Nil, I'm quite sure that what they meant was "sticking up for your friends" works when you share their beliefs. And so, what if, like, you are friends with someone and then you find out they believe in something that you find horrifying- would you support that belief?
Wanting to censor someone might seem normal to you, but to a lot of people censor is a very, very, dirty word.
-But you can say it!
