I'm not offended by any of these images and I'm able as a intelligent rounded individual to take them for what they are.

1st one = history and we've evolved since the days of the amoeba brained individuals of the 1700/1800's.

2nd and third ones political/religious crap by intolerant muppets.

It was a relevant discussion a few pages back, but now it's just lolcats extreme.

The matter of avatars is being discussed amongst the mods at the moment, but for now it's lock time.

It's called freedom of speech and that includes the right to question and offend religions as individuals please.

I'm a athesist but I respect others for their choices.

This attitude shows me more tolerance than any of ''why should we care'' people who post a reply.

Tolerance is knowing how important it can be for other people and accepting it, being respectful about it.

Tolerance is not a one way from one side. You want believers to be tolerant to non-believers and not annoye them with their religions, you should be able, non-believers to respect the believers in the faith and not go nasty, disrespectful and careless of their beliefs.

It goes BOTH side!

So why feel the need to mention it if it doesn't bother you?
