unlucky day

Since I was too late to RSVP in Sunday-five-aside football, I planned to go there with my few classmates after 14:00. When I reached there I saw the playground door was closed but few EF members were packing their stuffs.

As there was no other way to enter inside the playground, I just keep watching them. Finally one of them jumped out from behind and it was easy for me to decide what I should do I greet them and said that we'll play here for a couple of hour. After few minutes one of my friend came there and I was just explaining him how to get inside. At the same time, one women popped up and started babbling that if the door is closed that doesn't mean you will jump inside this and that...she opened the door and said in a very mean way GOODBYE..

Poor me and my friend

Re: unlucky day

So basically you went there and were told you couldn't play ?
Perhaps it was a mistake.
Don't give up Sam, most people are kind, and they probably didn't realize you were there to play.
Inform the organizer and do go another time.
It would be a pity to miss out on new friends.

That's not a problem, I found another ground. Anyway, winter is going to hit soon. Perhaps, EF members should also search for some other indoor place.

Re: unlucky day

Looks like you're ok, you'll figure it out.
EFers are a really nice bunch, so I'd be really surprised if anybody turned anybody else away.

Re: unlucky day

you know what I really liked about this post?
It was put under daily life rather than complaints corner.
OP, I would like to go out on a limb and proclaim that your attitude and approach is sure to take to success in life ( personal and professional)
