Hello everybody,
thanks again for your replies. Let me explain better how the situation is cause I think it can be interesting for a lot of people here.
So, SUVA covers (maybe) allgemain treatments. Now my company pays also for a private treatment (a private treatment means private room + main doctor, chefarzt, who will operate and this last point is for me more important) through another insurance which is AXA. Now, in order to receive private treatment SUVA has to recognize that what happened is an accident and then automatically AXA will pay for the private side. BUT SUVA will recognize it, in the most of the case, just after the operation!! So I am at the point that I have the right to go for a private treatment but maybe I dont and I will have the answer just AFTER my stay at the hospital. From my point of view it is incredibly wrong. I should know BEFORE my operation if I am eligible to go through a private treatment. Am I thinking wrong or is the system that is wrongly implemented?
It sounds to me like you need to get them on the phone and tell them that it's an urgent matter and they need to make a decision OR you need to reschedule your operation.

Re: What would you do on my place?

Not so. As Snoopy has already mentioned, there are employers that pay for fully private accident insurance. And in those cases, it makes of course no sense to have this part also insured in your normal Krankenkasse.

The main issue for the OP though is whether or not his problem will be considered accident or not. If you have fully private both on accident and your personal Krankenkasse, it doesn't matter. But if you have allgemein on your personal and fully private om your company accident, it of course is important to know this before you end up going through expensive treatment.

Yes and no.

SUVA only pays out hospital stays for accidents at allgemein (up to 4 to a room). It's his Private Versicherung that kicks in and covers the extra cost of a private room (plus some additional perks).
