Starting a neighbourhood group

Starting a small neighborhood group can be the best way to solve gripes. Newspaper editors love local news from associations. They´ll print all your suggestions. Politicians will respond. I did this in Mallorca and we won a 3 million euro grant to fix my crappy streets. We have spent one million already. So. Don't gripe. Do something about it.
