Re: English Forum- search for this beeeaaatch

- Mick and Paddy had to dig a hole in the road (as is normal) and the foreman showed them some shovels leaning against the wall and told them to take their pick.

- Mick and Paddy went to Canada to make their fortune, and were looking through the job ads in a local paper:
"Hey Mick, someone's looking for treefellers, ahh bagorra"
"That's a pity Paddy, to be sure - there's only 2 of us".

- Paddy and Mick became pilots for Aer Cunny Lingus and were practising emergency landings. They lined up for the runway and touched down right on the threshhold, then both slammed their feet onto the rudder pedals to brake hard and put the engines into full power reverse thrust. There was an almighty screech of tyres, incredible shshuddering and plumes of black smoke from the melting tyres.
After the smoke cleared, Paddy turned to Mick and said: "That was a bit tight Mick - that runway is really short, to be sure".
But, for the love of Mary, mother of Jesus, will you just look how bloody wide it is, ahh bagorra", replied Mick.

- Jesus wasn't born in Ireland because they couldn't find 3 wise men and a virgin.

I don't know what's older, these jokes, or the time when people thought they were funny.
