To the fellow English cyclist riding without lights and only in black

Dear fellow inebriated English cyclist on the way home from Basel tonight,

I was in amazement that I had the misfortune to cycle, at first, near and behind you, then later ahead of you. Admittedly, I was on the cycle path, whereas you were on the main Basel-Lorrach main road, in amongst the 50/60 kph traffic.

I am amazed that you failed to acknowledge the 30 or so cars that tried to indicate to you the fact that you appeared to be drunk and without lights of any kind on your bike. One of whom you with which you seemed to have very near miss with.

I amazed that you think that you, as a 80Kg cyclist on a 15Kg bike could really, out "chicken" a 25000Kg tram....

I'm amazed by the fact, when I, as I was pulling into my localle, and had pulled over to offer you my cycle lights to try and ensure your safe drunkenly journey home - I was told, blanking, and in your delightful black country accent to "Fu*k Off".

I really hope you got home safely and in one piece, despite your cycling Provardo, but your manners, and road craft really need brushing up on.. .....

Oops, my mistake, I meant to write Provado. And is there any way I can have corrected the copy/paste crap I posted as the thread title? ;-)

Pat, was the tram also wobbling around with no lights? Based on your interesting vocabulary and eloquent thread title I'm having to wonder how sober you are yourself

Evening Cyclist with the moto : I can see you, so you bloody hell better see me!!

Underestimated reality check of the cyclist results in the drunk getting home safely while everyone else is stressed.
