MyCrib Schlieren

I AM POSTING THIS AS AN EYE OPENER FOR THOSE WHO THINK THAT ALL THAT GLITTERS IS GOLD.

I strongly recommend that you don't go to buy any furniture from MyCrib AG in Schlieren or in Bern. I wouldn't like you to be treated as I have been treated and as others have. I had problems going on with them for nearly a year ... and still not resolved.

I found that this company is as bad as it gets. Bad customer care! No respect for the customer ... no matter how much money you spend with them. They take the deposit but the delivery is either non existing; takes a few months to arrive; arrive damaged; wrong size or incomplete.

THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR FAULTY PRODUCTS.

I heard all sort of stupid excuses (that I usually hear from my 3 year old child) not to replace a faulty product.

They don't answer the phones or email. They do promises that they don't keep ... even ones taken in front of the law.

I am trying to gather a list of people who had bad experiences with this company. So please respond or write to me if you are one of them. I already had some responses on other forum.

For your own good: PLAY SAFE ... stay away from this company.

I am away on holidays. I will contact you when I am back home. I am sorry to hear that you are having bad time with them as well. Unfortunately they don't give a s**t about customer care.

And up to now I found out that law in switzerland is not in our favour. I think they know that and they are abusing the system. No binding customer's rights here.

Ya no absolutely no sh!t about customers OMG! I've been waiting for my table for 19(!) weeks now, I even got my lawyer from CAP to write them a registered letter NOTHING!!! We should go to Kassensturz or something! (I am sorry you are the only person I can share my pain with )

I like that the OP gives us an option as to why the delivery was faulty. It was either that, that or that :P

OP want to tell us a bit more details? As cheesey said is a bit suspicious

Details of the faults don't matter.

I don't care if you want to think I work for the competitor. I have nothing to gain .... nothing to lose. I just wanted to view my opinion and share my experience on an open forum.

I didn't deny you the freedom of choice of where to purchase your goods.

Izzy we too sent them a letter through our solicitor and they didn't reply. We also went to the Friedensrichteramt and after a two hour meeting we came to an agreement which was signed by both parties. AND YET, they didn't keep their side of the bargain.

Now we are chasing them through the Betreibungsbegehren.

Had you already paid for the table or only the deposit?

Don't give up ... keep chasing them.

The "OPTIONS" I mention are what I experienced. I ordered three items.

Well what you say is "Dont order from those people but im not telling you why"

So thanks for the warning but it would be nice to know details
