And I don't mean the title to be sarcastic.
I just want to mention how helpful and nice those guys have always been with me each time I call them.
I had just contracted exactly 2 months ago vivo casa and I had two months to give back the TV modem and just keep the internet and phone. Yesterday I read in the news they plan to offer a free TV subscription to all internet subscribers, just a little bit more limited than normal, but it was alright for me. So I start asking the guy how exactly it works and whether I can subscribe to it by removing my current contract, and he's told me it was indeed possible, I just needed to go to the post and wait till december to get the new one. That actually seemed too much of a trouble for me when he's told me the difference in price would be 20 francs and I would have slightly less options, so I just told him it was alright and that I wasn't going to change then.
But then he randomly mentioned without me asking about it that it would actually be possible for him to make me save some 15 francs by removing the fixed phone which I don't use anyway because my company pays for all my calls, and nothing has to be done save me agreeing.
So basically he made me save some money when I already agreed not to bother about it.
Isn't it nice when you find people who do really care? The best thing it's happened everytime I called this company customer service (in french, at least).
I have similar very nice stories with La Poste too, maybe it's something general for the whole country!
