Business loss due to Cablecom!

Before I closed my doors of my little business, I phoned CABLECOM to find out what procedures I needed to take, to insure the SMOOTH continuation of my telephone number.

WELL ,it is now the 12th, and I still do not have a solution. I have lost at least one hour, per day, speaking to multitudes of associates, all of whom are very nice and promising, but ..... Wost of all, my patients cannot phone me. Go to www.healthysmile.ch and send me an email. Sorry!

Last news, a technician will come tomorrow...oh dear!

Has anyone else had such problems?

You havent really explained what the problem is other than slow resolution of whatever problem it was. Not ideal, but could they redirect the number to a mobile say.

Doubt you have much grounds for claim unless you have some form of quality of service guarantees, which would be most improbable.

Moral. Always have a redundant/alternate number and line. You can get these virtually for free eg with Switzernet. See other threads on that.

Forget the forum and get a lawyer.
