Hi, Last week I had purchased some furnitures from Ikea and opted for express delivery. Around evening all my furnitures were delivered at my home. The guy who came from ikea quickly counted the number furnitures he had to deliver and asked me to sign the receipt. As it was around 30 items and as the deliverer counted and said ok so I simply signed the receipt of acknowledgment. After he left when I started thinking of what all I bought

last week I found something missing. And it was one which had to be picked up from warenausgabe. I called coustomer care and they said will call me back. But till yet I didnt receive any calls.... I admit my mistake of not counting myself but is there anything I can do to get the refund of undelivered item?
Also in worst case can I return the remaining associated part of this item which I had to buy separately? Ex: glass /wooden doors.
