Here in Switzerland, there are seasons in a year summer, winter, etc. I worked in the south east Asia. They also have three seasons hot hotter hottest.

In Ireland you have a cold rain season and a warmer rain season

Here we go, back to summer, sun and hot temperatures

Up in the mountains here, 29C, down in the Valley below, 31C and in Neuchâtel by the lake??? 35+ I imagine.

Lake water has cooling effect on the micro climat

Yep, it is often warmer up here, espcially in winter when we are above the fog.

One fabulous thing about living in the mountains, if that however hot during the day, it always cools down nicely at night- getting cooler now already, lovely- so will be eating on patio.

On the Lausanne metro today, the girls were soooo happy to be wearing their short shorts and the boys were in tank tops. Everyone was sporting sunglasses to ward off the glare from the blindingly, white reflective skin. Summer has arrived and the change in mood is amazing!

Nowhere near that, it was around 25/26° this afternoon.

We got 30 degrees in Baden!

It was 31C when we left Val-de-Ruz at 4pm. Cooler lake effect perhaps then?
