I just checked our weather forecast again - I knew the storm was coming, but for some reason I thought I had a little more time tomorrow morning

Anyone have any indication of how it will compare to the one we just had?

Not quite as windy as far as I can see. Otherwise a fair amount of rain/sleet/snow over the next few days,

Did I really say LESS wind?

Been blowing all night and still going strong. Only good thing is little to no rain so far and much warmer at the moment.

Loads of rain here. Just what we need after the deluge and storms a couple of weeks back.

The wind is finally picking up here in Basel but there's been very little rain. In fact, the sun is streaming through the window and I can barely see my screen

Well I'm just 20km west of you but it's been blowing a gale here since yesterday evening, with quite a lot of rain, although to be fair when it hits the windows at this speed it could be just a tiny amount being whipped up by the wind. I'm going to have to venture out of the house at some point to retrieve the wheelie bin I put out down the drive yesterday, assuming it's not been blown to the next village, but other than that it's a day for staying indoors.

The ground went from not having any snow to being completely covered within 20 minutes here and it's still going strong here in Zurich. I WAS going to go and get lunch but somehow I am not THAT hungry. #swisspeoplewhodislikesnow

We've had it all. Snow, rain, I was almost blown off the petrol station (I sure was hoping nothing would fly lose and hit me - not usually the type of thing I think about), snow again and now: The sun shines
