Re: Weather!

We had some strong gusts, lots and lots of quick lightning flashes and some rumblings in the distance, but nothing really came of it. It rained just enough to close our skylight (there is a sensor - yay!) but everything looks just as dry as it did yesterday.

Storms are forecasted for the afternoon though, so there's hope!

Re: Weather!

Thunderstorms forecast here too, but no measurable rain. Still, that's what they said yesterday too.

Re: Weather!

Nice and refreshing, neighbour kids were running and jumping around outside.

The baby pool outside which was empty is now overflowing (Great idea to place some bricks in it before shopping...)

Re: Weather!

Just had an amazing storm, thunder and lightning, crazy hailstones crashing down, the road is flooded, a fire engine just went past with blue lights and sirens.

Re: Weather!

Drove back from Luzern, a LOT of rain, back home again a lot of rain and now it has cooled down. Nice.

Had a call with one of our bankers and he told me that in some parts of Germany there were floodings, really bad in Wuppertal area

Well, something's up because the Zürich airport is suffering huge delays and cancellations...

Was a huge storm, the app said two lightning strikes per second and continuous thunder for maybe 15 minutes or more.

That's 30km from here (road, not beeline). LOL. Still dry street here.

Definitely more planes than normally though - and kind of "close" to each other. Maybe they circle here?

Am I gonna be the only one who has to go back out to water the plants?
