Seems most people have forgotten about this bit - well the whole point actually.
Are you sure?

Re: Weather!

Wonder how many trees will come down this winter. Looking at the ones in the farmer's field opposite us one has already got 3/4 of its leaves brown and withered, one that was nearly dead is probably completely dead now and the third which was half dead is well on the way to being totally dead. A tree in a nearby neighbour's garden has a big tree that is totally brown and withered apart from a few leaves right at the top.

Thought exactly the same. Couldn‘t do it better myself, mind you. But it sounds like this Gentleman has never heard the tune before...

I love the sound of the mighty old theatre organs.

Re: Weather!

Ahhh - a blissfully refreshing breeze is coming in my window. This is a welcome change from the 30° sunbake earlier today!

Re: Weather!

26°C, in the garden with a beer, realizing what an amazing day it was, one success chased the other from morning until now (maybe I should not sit down an miss more in the queue?).

On the other hand, this weather better bei enjoyed to the full, the temperatures indicated for next week are winter to me.

Re: Weather!

Another fabulous day at Creux-du-Van, with all the Alps out - then Maison de l'Absinthe and Absinthe iced soufflé at the great Maison des Six Communes Restaurant - followed by tasting at Mauler Champagne. Less hot than of late, but beautifully sunny.

Oh, yeah, quite a chirpy lady. Was a bit worried about my huge parasol but she left it as it was.
She's gone now - guess she's heading your way.
