Boiling today in Geneva - but blowing quite a bit now back home and sky darkening.

at last, rain, proper rain those wild shrooms will be coming out next week for sure 
....
lasted about 5 minutes!

Stunningly gorgeous today. Tödi is covered in snow, the leaves are just beginning to turn, the fields are still green, there isn't a cloud in the sky.

Gorgeous, bright, sunny day - 10C when I left to go to Neuch this am- but a very pleasant 19C for my shroom walk this afternoon - found v. little, far too dry.

Too much hot air in Zürich ( cars exhaust,factories etc) The hot air causes fogs  like today!

21C at 1200m on my mushroom walk - well no mushrooms, far far too dry- but 360C views of Chasseron and the Bernese Alps, and rolling 'blue mountains' of both French and Swiss Jura - fabulous.

Foggy this morning up here- but it soon burnt out and was followed by another amazing day - as we drove to Neuchâtel, it wa all under haze- although once we got below, it was not apparent any more.

All I know is that this sudden transition from +30 down to +10 Celsius has cost me a flu, cold, Erkältung, Schnupfen at once. At least I can stay at home, cure fever and post on the EF all the same | |
