Call as much as you want, police doesn't deal with private parking places.

Oh, and blocking or damaging the offending car is prohibited as well.

Probably a foreigner ........ but not necessarily an English-speaking one.

Re: park wrong place

Probably this car will stay here whole night. Also, how come I wait until car gone, park my car there? I need sleep. Tomorrow get up early for work. Private park place is paid, how can others use it? Really rude

Re: park wrong place

Remove the valves, or write in their windows with permanent marker.

Or take a dump on it.

Seems a very vague question, but maybe try searching for the number plates [1]. You might find someone with the same name as someone else in the building giving you a clue as to which door you can knock on. Or try searching for contact details [2] of the person whose vehicle it is. Give them a call and an earful.

As mentioned above, the police will not care. But talk to the people you rent the space through, they should be able to give you contact details for a towing firm who can come take the offending vehicle away for you.

If it is a specific parking space, definitely assigned to you, do have any sign or duplicate number registration plaque to indicate such?

You could always get something like attached image, below (link here)
Landi used to stock similar for CHF149.

Let their tyres down and put a parking fine on their windscreen

You should consider getting a number plaque (same as your car) made up and affixing that.
Strangely, that seems to offer more of a deterrent than just a Privat sign .... at least to long term parkers.

It's harder for non-psychopaths to trample over the rights of identifiable people than random anonymous nobodies.

That's how it works, I reckon. I'm not a psychologist, but I once read a magazine article.

Who orders, pays. Meaning, if OP calls the tow-away and the owner of the towed car refuses to pay she will have to pay herself, and try to get the money back from the car owner using the courts. Good luck with that.

So, the general setup is:
- it'll probably cause further problems to have the car towed away
- you must not block the car, that would be coercion
- you can't report him to the police as this is a private matter
- you must not damage the car

That may actually damage them. But doing so only partially (3/4 or so) would still be a major nuisance, especially with weather like today.

OP, if this keeps recurring you may try and have the landlord set up a sign at the parking lot entrance saying that any and all parking by a non-renter can be charged with up to 200 CHF plus 200 CHF for every full hour parked (make sure the sign(s) can't reasonably be overlooked). Legally speaking, it's an offer and by parking the car the driver accepts these terms. The high cost (make sure you have pictures and if possible witnesses) would make suing the owner worth doing.

Re: park wrong place

Is it the same car that uses the space or different cars?

And exactly what use is that ?

By letting the tyres down or damaging the car, all that will do is delay even further the removal of the car.

"Taking a dump on it" is an expression we often hear, what is the obsession with bodily functions ? Any case you going to drop your frock in full view of everybody to perform such a function ?
