The problem I found with Conrad (and Microspot), is that when exact search criteria is entered, it either returns no results, or (after modification) pages of similar (and not so) related (and unrelated) products to scroll through ..... which I really couldn't be bothered to do, when what I needed was there in front of me on Amazon and EBay.

Unless, of course, you know different:

- input 100 - 240 V, 50/60 Hz, 1.7 A
- output 12V, 5A, 60W
I put netzteil 12V 5A in Toppreise.ch and got a few hits.

The 1.7A input doesn't matter.

What is important is the 12V connector to the DVD player and you didn't state what that was.

Anyway, here's one from Tech Mania

Here's another

Here's one from Conrad (with a German plug...

etc

Strange .... I used Toppreise, too - but the iPad app. ..... it sometimes comes back with less results than using it through a browser.

Out of your links - one may be suitable, one possible, and the one without a photo, I wouldn't risk.

Anyway the one I ordered, is an exact replacement (manufacturer and model no.)

Details of the jack, are found by scrolling down on the following link, but I think it's the normal standard size for a TV or monitor.

However, at the equivalent of 27chufs, including shipping, it still works out cheaper than the CH options.

"You" and "clever" are not usualy words associated together

I boycott Mediamarkt...when their marketing department will join the 21st century and avoid xenofobic and rough advertisements

Against the Dutches

or

Against the Italians

they will get again my money.
They have a bad habit of making unfunny jokes of other nationalities, while god forbid if I make a joke about the nazis to refer to the Germans...
