I also despite Fust. I will never, ever buy anything there again. It's like being sold overpriced kitchen gadgets by a bunch of sleazy used car salesmen drooling over commissions.

I can't say I've ever had a problem with them, but ... a couple of weeks ago now I e-mailed them via their need a repair option on their website about a couple of problems I have with my dishwasher and washing machine. Got a standard reply back and then heard nothing.

Husband had to go into the local Fust for something else today so he took along a copy of the e-mail I got back. Turns out they're not bothering to answer e-mail requests for repairs, etc, now. It takes too long to reply evidently. You have to call them instead.

I previously posted how I had spent my life saving with Fust without a problem on post 20 (https://www.englishforum.ch/3238655-post20.html).

Ignore that now. Last week I went to buy a fridge. Knew what I wanted and had the dimensions on a piece of paper.

The waxed-haired young "expert" couldn't keep his mask over his nose and expected me to stand next to him while he showed my fridges on his iPad.

My request to put his mask on correctly meant he started treating me like a child. I walked out and bought a fridge elsewhere...

I don't buy too much from Fust but wanted to get a Black Friday Apple TV for 150.

They were out of stock so I ordered online late on Friday to ensure I got the bargain. I picked it up from the Jelmoli branch last night with no issues.

Admittedly it is a simple order but it went as expected.....

Has anyone had problems with replacing/getting a refund for deffective purchased items (obviously still under the warranty)? We bought something from them relatively recently and used it only once. The second time it just didn't work and I'd like it replaced when they'll be open again...

I'll add my own 2 rappen:

ordered ink cartridges online to pick up at a store that showed availability.
used a discount code which was accepted.
delivered 1.5 months later and a full price charged.
young gentlemen at a fust store in a coop shop couldn't care less about anything, seemed disinterested in doing their job.

so I have adopted their attitude towards fust.

I sent them a registered letter and never got a reply!
