I can't say I've ever had a problem with them, but ... a couple of weeks ago now I e-mailed them via their need a repair option on their website about a couple of problems I have with my dishwasher and washing machine. Got a standard reply back and then heard nothing.
Husband had to go into the local Fust for something else today so he took along a copy of the e-mail I got back. Turns out they're not bothering to answer e-mail requests for repairs, etc, now. It takes too long to reply evidently.

You have to call them instead.
