UPC billing is also online.

https://www.upc.ch/en/myupc/billspayments/billoverview/

There's even a mobile app if you need to check it regularly.

Every time I've had an issue with UPC, I've either rang up or gone into their shop here in Basel and they've been professional and friendly.

I get their bill in the ebanking. Same with swisscome handy-bill.

I think you can check your bill online via their website, and when you try to cancel them, make sure use Einschreiben (registered mail).

I left UPC for Swisscom even if it was more expensive because of some billing problems I kept having with them.

My contract will also end with UPC, so happy. I pay 29 CHF to Salt instead of paying 49 CHF to UPC.
After having a lot of discussions with their representatives, I told one of them, I am going to post all of these about UPC. She said you can post these anywhere you want , what a professional company.

And one of the guys at contract office, closed the phone to my face. He had kept repeating write a letter without listening my problem.

At the end, I was right, they paid me back but no apologies, no payment deduction for all my stress and time waste. This was good enough reason to leave them.

Just like they send your unpaid bill to Intrium, customers also should have some places to ask their rights from these companies. It is not fair, they did not even fully paid my money back.

Yeah, that's pretty professional actually. Oh and for your next run in: It is illegal to threaten with the press, so be careful.
It's not illegal to actually go to the press but threatening it is!

Naaa it's not. And you're not the only one, upc was once "crowned" the worst company in Switzerland in customer service.
I'm totally dependent on them as they're the only ones who managed to lay a propre cable into our house.

I did mention earlier you can also go to the press. You may just not threaten them with it in order to get better service.

UPC apologized from me and sent me 150 CHF as a gift.
I had already left them. So, to be fare, I had to write this as well, they did some good stuff finally but it was a bit late.

I am using mobile internet from Salt, 29 CHF per month, unlimited for 2 years.
Not so great speed but enough for me.

I have been with UPC, formerly Cablecom, formerly Redifusion for 28 years.

I pay every 5th of month by standing order. They email me a PDF of the invoice to check and I can view all the bills at MyUPC. I have never had a problem either with the bills or paying them.

Twice in the last 6 six months I have had to phone them and, after a 10 minute wait, I have received helpful and courteous responses which solved the problems (media box and loss of internet phone) at once...
