Is a person living in Zurich allowed to mix up ZVV from VBZ

There is this person complaining and being offended about some advertisement he has seen.

This person, seemingly lives in Zurich. But is somewhat unable to distinguish the Cities own Public Transport Cooperation VBZ from the Cantons Public Transport Network ZVV.

I am highly offended, as a person born in Zurich, as person living in Zurich, and as a proud citizen of Zurich. Such a mix-up is beyond believe and not tolerable. What is your opinion?

Btw: Here is the advert http://www.20min.ch/schweiz/zuerich/story/22553759

It was made by Ruf Lanz which were als responsible for most of the VBZ adverts in the past:
"I think so, Brain. But where are we going to find a gallon of whip cream and three yards of lederhosen at this time of night? Narf!"
