Cancellation

Hi,

I signed up to a contract which was written in one of the local languages and I didn't understand the terms I was agreeing to. I didn't want what I agreed to I wanted something else but because the person didn't speak my language and only 2 of the local ones I was missold this contract.

Now I want to terminate the contract but I have been told by the company that I have to stick to the terms of the contract I didn't understand but signed.

I won't admit to being stupid and will blame everyone else involved.

This whole thing is causing me great emotional distress. Does anyone know a lawyer who will help me sue the company for damages?

Re: Cancellation

I do not know an lawyer. But I fully support you and you are in the right to sue that shitty company. Such a behavior must not be tolerated and you are entitled to full compensation of your emotional distress an beyond.

Anyone in this forum which disagrees is a complete beaver or rooster (pick yours, which ever applies to you).

I could help you. My name is Mr. Koblers and I'm a barrack-room lawyer very freshly qualified. My main purpose in life is groaning at threads and saying silly things.

Could you please send me a lot of money now and if i understand this foreign language bit i will use all of my IQ to help you, but please don't expect too much as it is still under 80, although i did thank the person in writing who pointed this out to me

Although I don't drink whisky I was convinced to sign up to a 5 year contract where the company would send me a small bottle of whisky every month. Because I don't speak any of the 4 national language nor did the salesman speak my language but instead only spoke 3 of the national languages and 4 other foreign languages I was duped into signing for this contract.

The company insists that because I didn't return the product and instead used it to clean my cutlery I am liable for the full cost of the contract.

They keep me sending my bills and letters - the last one from some called G Ericht. I've ignored them all and am convinced they'll go away.

Would the lawyer also help with this problem??

Which problem, the surfeit of whisky, or the letters from B Etreibungsamt and G Ericht?

This happens all the time - you've been unfairly targetted because "DodgyKen" is not a Swiss name. If you try to sue the courts will also treat you unfairly, especially if you are slightly Mediterranean looking. I suggest you give up and concentrate on how clean your spoons are.

Even worse, he's from "the East" . DRK is a notorious source of ruffians, scoundrels, baby-stealers, and Linksfahrer. He should be shot on sight.

Re: Cancellation

Sorry you only have yourself to blame, everybody knows Homeopathic whiskey cleans spoons better than real whiskey, I am contract to a local supplier ATAP. I also occasionally help their production team, I drink a bottle of whiskey and swim in the reservoir above our village for a few hours, not complicated but flotation devices are required.

Seek no further!
I contacted a special lawyer, Saul Goodman, and he is willing to defend you at all cost.
He is already making the paperwork.

All you need to do now is to pay the deposit of 1500chf, to his western union account, and he will start the prosecution!

Do it fast, as time is of an essence here, you don't want to miss the millions you could get in compensation!
