I was under the impression that they did something about the smell. I buy good quality incense sticks. And I think if we were all vegetarians then the smell would be greatly reduced.

Just be in luck there's na cadaver/slaughter waste disposal facility next door, i've worked in a hot summer on a cadaver disposal facility, and even tho 15 years ago i still can smell the trucks with cow stomachs whom after a drive of sometimes hours in the hot sun empty their load in a huge pit where it was left for days to rot since we needed to install new grinders at the start of the processing line. On Wednesday's it always was "chickenday" where they burned the feathers of a minimum of 500.000 chickens, also a great "air" (also weeks with only occasional sex under the shower, and no-one who wanted to stand next to me in the bar, since when i started sweating the smell of rotten corpse came loose...)
