Is there a Consumer body that I could raise an issue about AirBnB with?

Can you tell us about your complaint? If the issue was with someone you rented from, I would say to complain to AirBnB, if it was with the company itself then it would be helpful to know more about the situation.

Yes, I had issues with an apartment I stayed in and am not satisfied with my interactions with AirBnB and their handling of the matter. I would like to raise this with the relevant Consumer body here and hence my question.



If any helpful forumers could guide me to the relevant Consumer bodies I would be grateful.

However, since Airbnb is an American privately held company, you may get a better and more rapid response by contacting the CPA in the USA. I am sure they receive and handle more complaints in one hour than the Swiss office gets in a year.
