Experiences with Planzer Transport Service

Anybody had bad experiences with this company?

https://www.planzer.ch/de/unternehme...se-dietikon-zh

We ordered furniture from Interio. Still waiting for delivery after 3 weeks. The delivery company is Planzer

Your complaint is with Interio, not the company that they choose to hire to deliver it to you.

Re: Experiences with Planzer Transport Service

Similar situation but cross border, italian company sent the furniture and they got stuck in the Swiss borders for 4 weeks with Planzer. No f***s given to send us an email or follow up.

How are we supposed to know they needed an email or some more papers? I can't blame Planzer really as the Italian seller is to blame. That said, Planzer could have said something.

As much as I hate saying it, I'll prefer swiss companies in the future.

We rang Interio. They told us to ring Planzer. Which we did. Planzer told us they were very busy. Said we have to wait another 2 weeks

But like I said, your contract is with Interio. Unless you paid Interio and then paid Planzer separately to collect and deliver.

Not Planzer's fault in my opinion, I get my Ravensburger mattresses in no time from them, the drivers are helpful and they call me before arriving because I ask for it when I pay custom taxes.

Of course its Planzers fault. They have been sitting on the delivery order for 3 weeks and now 2 more weeks. The bigger they are the worse they get. Its also the fault of Migros /Interio for outsourcing their deliveries just to save the costs of employing more staff.

Re: Experiences with Planzer Transport Service

We had great service from them.
They phoned up to fix a suitable time for delivery and delivered it when they said they would. This was all within the time frame specified for delivery by the store.

My only complaint would be that they actually delivered it 10 minutes before the specified time slot.

Why do you care who does the transport, do you have a contract with Planzer? If not you're being had by Interio.

Oh come on, your contract is with Interio. They have failed to deliver, call them and tell them unless you get delivery in 3 days you will cancel the order. It is up to them to chase their delivery company, not you!

I think if you want to order goods from companies with an in-house delivery service, you'll find you're paying significantly more.

Most places outsource their delivery.

Give Interio hell on the phone. If they've got an inefficient delivery service, it'll be impacting on their business.

I'm so glad I don't live in the OPs world. Seems to be a rather unpleasant place.

Re: Experiences with Planzer Transport Service

the op really is quite special

Its the sellers job to make sure all the paperwork is in order, if its not then the transport company has to sort it our with the seller, not the buyer, they don't know you from adam, and have no contract with you.

Its always a risk you take when importing (cheaper) goods from abroad, if the seller is an idiot you're gonna have problems.

Don’t do Interio’s work for them! It is up to them to get their products to you. It’s their FU and they need to sort it out.

Ummm, Interio and Planzer are both Swiss, OP didn't order from abroad, thus no paperwork problem.
