There's an unwritten law that anyone who calls Switzerland "Swiss", gets a bad haircut.
Of course you are right. Everyone knows its Schweizerland

He got me wondering if VIP flyers get access extra service I might have been unaware off.
The airlines are so hard pressed these days that they're shaving off all the extras.

Pretty hairy if you ask me.

Iím not so certain. My hairdresser (in Nyon) is a Kosovar. Assisting him is a Turk. They do an excellent job for f25.
Would they trim off an inch from 3ft long hair? Can you ask them? I gotta stop sitting on my hair. Everywhere.

Thanks.

Wonder what the easyJet passengers look like when they come off the plane?

Sorry, they only do men and ‘kids’. I think the hairdressing Mafia has continued the gender divide.

I don’t think they know what an inch is!

Re: Terrible hairdressers on Swiss !!

Bought a hair trimmer and hubby is now sporting a new look. He is thrilled. Not sure he is ever going to go back to a hairdresser. Was my first time using a trimmer on a person, and it is much different to grooming a dog. Stay and sit are not an issue with humans.

I have managed to trim my bangs, but hubby is refusing to trim the rest for me. Guess I will just pull it back into a ponytail.

Look, I get your pain. And I’m sorry that I stock-piled all “grey cover-up” sprays as soon as this thing was announced. But really, to take it out on your hairdresser? Pretty wrongly placed as one of THE most essential workers

Re: Terrible hairdressers on Swiss !!

I bought some of that stuff you spray on grey roots (well in my case white now ) but I haven't tried it yet. Last week I bought some fancy hair slides as well.

I'm starting to look like someone from 1981, it's kind of short on one side and longer on the other. Maybe I'll revisit the sounds of The Human League

Re: Terrible hairdressers on Swiss !!

The advantages of working from home in combination with a long weekend: Remington hair clippers.

At least now I am all over grey :-)

It’s called an asymmetrical cut since then, at least that’s what my hairdresser told me before this whole thing

Re: Terrible hairdressers on Swiss !!

Yep, it was an asymmetrical back in the early 80s, my best friend back then was a hairdresser, started coming into fashion at the end of 1979 in Britain. Mine was a short version, had it dyed a dark burgundy plum colour. I was Miss Fashion Central when I was 20, I suppose I was up there with what we used to call poseurs as we loved getting dressed up

Had a bash at trimming my OHs hair with clippers and a decent comb this after noon, made a good job (phew!)
