Re: Any chances to sue the employer?

What, exactly, do you think you want to or could, realistically, "win"?
Would it be "winning" to take "revenge"?
What would that revenge have to look like, for it to count, in your mind and heart, as "winning"?

Those are genuine questions, since I've set out the general way things work in Switzerland.

Yet it seems to me that you have something completely different in mind, but I am not sure what. If you specify exactly what you hope to gain, or what you think you ought to be able to achieve, in this matter, then perhaps someone can tell you whether there is any method to get it.

I need information how to win.
Nobody can tell you the outcome of a court case with certainty, so not even the most expensive lawyer can tell you how to win, but given what you have said the chances are slim to none that you will win... how not to loose on the other hand is simple - walk away, avoid a large legal fee and the embarrassment of loosing to your former employer in public and having to pay their costs as well...

You pay your money and you take your chances, it is up to you.
