Correct, except this was the second promotion (04/05/2020 - 31/05/2020)
I bought the item on 20/05/2020.

I said the promotion ended in March - so there is no use in trying via the (closed) channel again and again as no reaction there is not even incompetence by Samsung and definitely not fake/fraud.

The question whether the handy got delivered it still open.

How much do these earbuds cost? Sure, there is the matter of principle - but how much life-time is that worth investing? If we assume, OP started this whole thing before March 2020.

Can't you read before you post? The promotion ended on 30/05; I purchased the phone on 20/05 and after registering as per their instructions, and providing correct and my legal address numerous times and via numerous channels, they keep arguing they have wrong shipping info; and finally, that canton info is missing.

Yes, it is the matter of principle but not only. The earbuds cost about 150 CHF (I guess), however the phone was over 900 CHF. And was the only motivation for me to go ahead with Samsung over competition.

If I knew I will have to go through this with an incompetent company, would never do it.

so until these are delivered - completely fake for me.

So far I've seen a number of posts with emails being exchanged. Do you have a mailing address where you can send a registered letter?

You could again explain the situation, and include copies of the electronic communications and any screen shots you have that show it was approved and then not approved, etc.

Also state that you expect they send the earbuds by a specific date (maybe 10 days?). Sometimes old fashioned mail works better in CH.

Maybe also include this bit of info from the Swiss Post, which clearly shows that canton is not a required field except if it's unclear because there are two towns with the same name:

I don't have their snail mail address. Never mind what are the legal requirements for the post to be delivered, I already told them which canton and in any case, normally does not need a rocket scientist to figure out that Geneva is in Geneva canton.

I know it's difficult for some, but let's stretch our imagination and patience and assume OP did whatever he/she was asked to do. Provided correctly all the info asked by the system.
I guess the question is what can he/she do if this company doesn't respect the promotion's text/contract/whatever?

I suppose move on with their life?
