I do hope you get this sorted. We have had issues with Swiss post.

Basically the delivery guy just shoves a delivery note in post box without attempting a delivery.We then have to collect our parcels from our local Spar,apparently this has become an issue for many people in our area.

Many emails have been sent and service improved for a little while but then they slip back into their old habits.He will also leave items that have to be signed for in post box like mobile phones etc.

Perhaps you can take the situation higher at Swiss Post? They obviously have some very untrustworthy people working for them.

I even went to their distribution center and was able to locate the postman who cleared looked suspicious. Like he did not expect me to be there.
He said that due to Covid situation, they are not taking signatures from customers. Very convenient!!!

I opened a case with microspot.ch and they spoke to swisspost. After patiently waiting for two weeks now, the swiss post has refused to take the responsibility, and naturally micropsot.ch as well.

Here is the thing, the postman has said that he took permission from me to sign on my behalf. I did not even see him inside or outside the building.

He was Gone in 30 Seconds!!

They are saying someone has stolen the package. I took stairs. There was no one in the building. Even the lift was on ground floor. Nobody could have taken the item in 30 seconds and left empty box there.

Can anyone please offer any advice?

If the package needed authorization and you did not give it or sign for anything then the fault is with the post office. This is not the first time and likely will not be the last time I have seen this happen. You need to ask them to show evidence of authorization. If they do not have this, then the post office are liable.

How did you pay, with credit card? If so then ask them to do a reverse charge transaction.
