Yes I am sure, just a residential building.

We do have a shop next door that DHL sometimes leaves our packages with, I appreciate that...but the postman cannot do this everyday.

What you describe is a pain in the arse and not your problem. Write the régis a letter to sort this once and for all and give them a dear-line.
