Does anyone find FedEx sending them bills for services they already paid for?
I use FedEx to send government documents to the States when necessary, and of the dozen or so time I've had to do, I've received at least three bills for the same service I paid for with a credit card the day of, often with misspelled names. I can't help but feel like this is a scam.
The last one I got listed a 'montant dû' of 0 chf, then it was followed by a letter today (Saturday) for a montant dû of the complete amount. I'm a meticulous record keeper, so once again I'm going to have to wait until Monday, call their pay-for customer service (0,08 CHF/min), and tear them a new explaining that I not only have documentation, but that I will dispute the transaction with my bank.
Third time.
I mean, okay, lesson painfully and slowly learned, but why do they keep trying this?
