Complete incompetence of Rendita
Feeling the need for a rant!!!!
So I decided after a rubbish year at work last year to cut my losses and leave Switzerland two years earlier than originally planned.
I researched things and with plenty of time to process the required paperwork, cashed in my 3rd pillar with Rendita, which went quickly and efficiently.
Not the same for my 2nd Pillar! From the get go, it has been an absolute s##tshow. From Hotela paying it on to the wrong account at Rendita, to Rendita employees "oh its somewhere" attitude to laying on peoples desk as "pendent" they are hanging on to the money and we're over 3 months in.
I now living in France since the 8th May and Rendita are playing hardball and now insisting on tons of additional paperwork to pay me out. Of course saying that since I'm no longer in CH they now need to start the process from the beginning.
Unbelievable and unacceptable!
What part of "I need my money" don't they understand?: : ������������
