Not sure about the "most" but it would be interesting to know the precise %.

Rent is too high? Oh schade...the pension fund that earns great yield every year owns the building.

And your pension too (or part of it) is in one of these pension funds....oder?

I think you'd be lucky to find an apartment managed by a pension fund because in my experience the rents are a bit lower than the ones on the free market. (ok, this is a free market too but a bit more stable and regulated)
