Were you caught in the "searching for sunshine" traffic today?

It's Sunday and the fog is heavy down in the valley. Living above 800 meters, we had a beautiful day. Unfortunately, there were traffic jams between Biberbrugg and Unteriberg, around Raten and anywhere deemed in the area (Central Switzerland) deemed beautiful and fog-free.

Hope you had a stress free day!

This weather is so bloody miserable. When is this fog going to lift, its such a constant, I have always been a half full glass girl but my god I may well change if this fog sticks around for much longer.

You need to go and get above the fog - we went to Flumserberg yesteray, my batteries were fully re-charged after a few hours in the glorious sunshine. Even if you don't ski, go up and enjoy a glass of something or a bite to eat in one fo the restaurants there, it'll make you feel much better.

I was up at Flumserberg on Saturday also, and it was just fabulous. The view of the mountains coming up from the fog was stuning, I was gutted we forgot the camera though.

Elm yesterday, No traffic, no crowds, perfect snow and steel blue sky.

Toggenburg today, A little traffic coming home, but not too crowded on the pistes.

Two days of perfect sunshine, does a lot for the mind.
