I have garden envy

I really miss my garden especially in this weather, Ohh to just open the back door and let the kids play all day, in and out of a paddling pool, mud pies and adventures....
(plus leaving me to get on with things and not messing up the house)

Everyday we walk to the tiny park near us and look longingly at the gardens along the way, all that lovely grass just asking for a sun lounger and a cold beer with kids playing picnic...

Ill have to wait for winter when my tiny apartment is lovely snug and warm.

Well with 3 children, a small garden would have been nice to have. This is not easy to find in Zürich unless you have deep pockets. The next best option would have been a garden apartment. Look for a public pool near you. When our kids were young they had a great time at the outdoor pool.

I must say I am really impressed with the outdoor pools here and all of the ones I have been too so far have been way better than the ones in Australia! I think I will be spending some down at the pools, but sadly nothing is more relaxing than the freedom of your own garden..... Next time we move it will be on the 'no compremise' list!
