Traditional english carol service in St.Gallen

On Sunday, 8th December at 5 p.m., the Anglican community of St. Gallen celebrate its traditional "Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols" with a 35 strong choir from St. Andrew's church, Zurich.

Well known carols are sung together with the congregation. In addition to the solo “Once in Royal David’s City” at the beginning, and “Hark, the herald angels sing” at the end, there will be carols from various composers such as Jonathan Dove, John Ruter and David Wilcocks.

After the service everybody meets for Guetzli and Glühwein. Welcome to this wonderful start into the Christmas season.

Location:
Christkatholische Kirche, Dufourstrasse 77, St. Gallen
Bus Nr.9, Bus stop Tigerberg
Parking: Dufourstrasse or Tigerbergstrasse
