I read the thread about birth certificate issues and I found your reply to one of the messages. I am also facing similar situation for getting the birth certificate for my daughter.

If possible could you please send me the text of the email which you sent to the authorities, I will be grateful as the birth certificate issues are giving me enough mental trauma.
