Cheating because it isn't Swiss?
I wondered that as well. Is it Mont Blanc in the background?

The one that DB and I posted is well known.

Fixed that for you.

Here's quite an easy one for anyone who has been there. Lifted straight off the internet, unedited, because it's a beautiful photo and doesn't deserve butchering for a quiz:

Still stuck on this one, though.

Problem is, the two best picture-problem-solvers posted these pics!
It looks like the entrance of the Viadukt, and one of the windows?

Name that building.

Clue (if the background doesn't give it away): I'm cheating with this one.
I'm going to guess- it's the Rolex building in Geneva. Am also thinking that it might be the Mont Blanc, as Deep Purple said.

And no.

Note, I didn't say nein, nor non.

And just a random thought (unconnected to the photo): how nice it is to be able to read deleted posts.

Casino in Campione d'Italia

You're right... it's not technically in Switzerland at all... but the cars still have Ticino licence plates!

Agreed! 841 meters long and one of the oldest in Europe, or may even be the oldest wooden one.

Well done -- and you even found the same photo off the internet that I found.

Since I just went to all the trouble to compose a new clue (using PowerPoint!!!, since I'm a technological Luddite), I'm going to post it anyway:

And I thought that was a hard one!
Hard it IS, as there is NO German side of the Rheinfall, as this is the Schaffhausen-side on the north. The southern side is the Zürich side. People in Schaffhausen
