I've been meaning to do this for a while. Here are some of the mountains visible from part of the way up Bachtel. More are visible from the top. I only put in the greatest hits because othewise it would be impossible to separate them.



and last nights sunset with Rigi and Pilatus.

One good thing (the only one??) about living in the Oberaargau Outback is the view you get of the Eiger, Mnch and Jungfrau. You can almost touch them........

Ooh thank you Eire. That is exactly the picture I wanted to take last night watching the sun set out of our living room window But was too lazy to go and get the camera...

What is the triangular peak on the far right.
My perspective ( just down the road from you) is a little different , so if it is a good view later, I will be out with this!

I've just worked out for myself that it is Rigi!

Yes the one to the right in the upper picture is Rigi. It's the one to the left on the lower sunset picture.
