I find it very weird to be only 7 days per year....even easter monday is not vacation in the first table.

Epiphany is a Catholic holiday, if you work in a Protestant Canton you go to work tomorrow.

Southern Germany also has a holiday so expect plenty of shopping tourists tomorrow in Basel and St Gallen, and full autobahn traffic going north, after the winter holidays.

Every one knows the Ticinoise get better weather, and better sex, but they are lower paid and also have to pay the mafia everytime they use the public car park. So don't be too upset by his gloating.

All these holidays make things a bit tricky working in a school ... have to consult the calendar whenever I start a theme, to ensure I have enough consecutive unbroken weeks to get momentum up!
