Washing machine spares

Does anyone know of a walk in, or mail order washing machine spares company in Switzerland? I need a new water pump for a fairly ubiquitous Electrolux machine.

TIA

Re: Washing machine spares

Go to Mediamarkt customer service with the reference of the pump. Delivered within 2 days and price was OK last time i used their service.

Re: Washing machine spares

There is usually a service or contact for repairs at the company, seems http://www.electrolux.ch has it as well.

Re: Washing machine spares

I hate to admit defeat, but I simply cannot get to the damned pump to replace it... I need the hands of a pixie, as the gap at the bottom of the machine is tiny, and the dexterity of a watchmaker to unscrew, unclip and remove the pump without damaging anything else.

So can anyone recommend a 'reasonable' washing machine repair service in the Basel area?
