sanitization product in zurich?

Hi,
I am looking for some sanitization solution for glassware used in cooking (specifically brewing). Something you dilute in lots of water and apply on every surface in contact with the brew. Any idea where I could get this in central Zurich? I haven't really tried my luck anywhere, but I don't know where to start, really...
