The one I have at home is "learning" to be polite while complaining, 3 years and still begginer level. | | | | | welcome to the Swiss country side

| | Re: Things Swiss People Like Just a note: Not everyone you see 'outside' is a Swiss. The Swiss I know, vary so much in their taste that you can't really figure out what they like. Some love smoking, The others don't. 3 out 15 swiss at my work smoke.others don't! Some are super quiet and others are quite vocal. Some are super polite, Some won’t mind hitting you hard. Some love salads, the others love eating curries daily. Some are super conscious and go running almost daily, some are overweight don't care so much about their weights. Some love being part of the carnivals, others absolutely hate it! Some are super social and arrange meets every week, some don't join for a single event. Some prefer having kids, some don't! Some get married the others won't! In general I find they love being genuine, modest and varying! Very difficult to say, “ah he is Swiss, so he would like this..” | The following 5 users would like to thank miss_bean for this useful post: | |

It is just for fun and definitely with good spirit. I am having a good laugh because I do see myself and other culture in it. But also because it is what makes the swiss who they are. And I like it.

One of these days, I'll work up the courage to try one of them - plus some Schabziger, er, maybe not together but just to take advantage of a sudden gastronomical adventurousness (is there such a word?).

Swiss people love reading certain threads on EF to learn new things they are meant to love, like or constantly do.
Well, at least one Swiss guy I know as closely as it can get does.
