Its website has no mention of today's special opening hour, plus Dietlikon is technically outside of zone 10, so I'm guessing the holiday doesn't count there. Does this logic applies here? And I couldn't understand that German from their auto answering machine...

Well, it's a silly question, but it would be great if anyone can confirm.

In my experience, it is open all day on Sechselauten (and Knabenschiessen, for that matter). It's just full of Zurchers taking advantage of a free afternoon to go and buy a new sofa.

They are open. Everything outside of Zurich (Zone 10) is open.

But be careful with shops along the Bahnhofstrasse / Niederdorf. Many are closed all day as it does not make sense to open up for half a day. Shops in the mainstation (HB) are open. Enjoy Sächsilüüte and the beautiful day!

It varies (in the city). The Coop and Migros near my office are closed all day today but the one near home is open till 1pm.

The ones in the railway stations (HB, Enge, Stadelhofen, etc) will probably be open all day if you are desperate.
